Renee Fiorelli
President
Renee Fiorelli is the President of Peterson Service Company, Inc.
Renee is currently the President of the Mechanical Contractors Association of NJ and serves on the Schedule A Oversight committee. She is also a member of the Board of Managers for the Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA) and serves as a Trustee for the UA International Training Fund. In 2008, Renee was named Contracting Business Woman of the Year.
Renee holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
She resides in Medford Lakes, NJ, with her husband and two sons.
Mark S. Tepes
Vice President
Mark Tepes is the Vice President and head of Business Development for Peterson Service Company, Inc.
A graduate of Virginia Polytechnic and State University, he was an All-Atlantic 10 Conference tennis player. Mark is married to the former Jamie Peterson, and they have three beautiful daughters: Samantha, Julia, and Victoria.
They enjoy traveling and staying active, and have a wealth of family and friends with which they share their time. The Tepes’ are proud owners of two dogs and a cat: Jesse, Roger, and Happy.
Dave Watson
Service Manager
Dave is the Service Manager for Peterson Service Company, Inc.
Originally hired as a first-year apprentice back in 1992, Dave gained experience with a wide variety of equipment and systems working on most of our larger maintenance contracts. He spent six more years working as a Journeyman before accepting the offer to work on the business side of the industry. With first-hand experience on service techniques and all of the skills he had gained, Dave was well-equipped to handle the new challenges and continued progressing further in the company.
He continues to manage and build our service team and oversee the care of our clientele.
J.J. Marsh
Building Automation Manager
J.J. is the Building Automation Manager at Peterson Service Company, Inc.
He started interning at Peterson during the summers and came on full time after graduating from Wilkes University in 2004.
J.J.’s commitment to doing the right thing for our customers and company has driven him to his current position. He ensures that our customers receive great results and that our team is working together to deliver nothing but the best solutions.
He resides in Medford, NJ, with his wife; daughter; and dog, Abby.
Bill Davidson
Controller
For over 20 years Bill has been directing finances for Peterson Service Company, Inc. as its Controller.
Prior to joining Peterson, Bill worked for the company’s Public Accounting Firm. He is a Rutgers University Alumnus who has also previously served as a Controller in several different organizations ranging from Health Care to Family Entertainment.
Bill enjoys boating, golf, and being ‘Dad’ to his dog, Chase.
